How it works

  3. Air leak · leaks waste compressor power around the clock; 2R's tool: Ultrasonic leak imager
  4. Production machines · use compressed air and power at each station
  5. Conveyor line · moves product between stations, sometimes while empty
  6. Motor + VSD · speed matched to the line; motor speed checked with a Lutron DT-1236L tachometer
